Coverage

The grant covers up to 50% of project costs

Grant application conditions

Applicant Type
  • Enterprises whose primary or secondary activity accounts for at least 20% of sales revenue in the fields of mining (EMTAK section B, subsections 07-09) or industry (EMTAK section C, subsections 10-33).
Geographic Restriction
  • At least 40% of the budget is allocated to enterprises located outside the Tallinn and Tartu regions. The Tallinn region includes the city of Tallinn, the city of Maardu, and the municipalities of Harku, Saue, Saku, Kiili, Rae, Jõelähtme, and Viimsi. The Tartu region includes the city of Tartu as an administrative unit along with its surrounding rural areas.
De Minimis Aid Limit
  • The total amount of de minimis aid granted to an enterprise may not exceed 200,000 euros over three fiscal years.
