Our goal is to make applying for grants and funding simple, fast, and accessible to everyone. To use the service, register on our platform and fill out a short questionnaire about your organization. You will then immediately get an overview of the relevant funding schemes.

Easy.ee is intended for all organizations that want to find and apply for funding to implement projects – from startups to small, medium, and large organizations.

We provide access to various grants and funding schemes, including organizational support, innovation grants, environmental project funding, export support, and many other opportunities.

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze your organization’s needs and suggest suitable funding schemes. In addition, we assist you in the application process by providing professional advice and support. Easy.ee performs the analysis of funding schemes on your behalf, so you don’t need prior knowledge of funding applications.

The first step is to register on our site. You enter your name, phone number, and company name. The necessary company details will be automatically retrieved from the Business Register by our AI. Then, in three fields, describe your idea or project that needs funding and your company’s activities. The AI will pre-fill these fields for you, but the more precise and specific your description, the more accurate the results will be.

No, it does not. It is your choice whether to proceed with a paid service in order to receive consultation from our professional advisors and use additional services (such as the business plan AI engine).

The monthly fee is €20, which gives you access to video consultations and other services. The cost of writing applications depends on the funding program and amount. Once we have selected the appropriate grant and completed the analysis, we will provide you with a quote for the specific work. Our prices are usually well below market rates.

The fee is divided into two parts: a prepayment and a success fee. The prepayment is necessary to cover our work (one month or more) and to ensure the client stays engaged and works quickly and effectively with us. The success fee is on average 5%. For larger sums, it may be lower; for smaller sums, it may be a percent or two higher.

Using the platform is free. If you decide to use our or our partners’ assistance in preparing a grant application, a fee may apply. In addition, we offer subscription-based additional services according to your needs.
