Grant application conditions

Admissibility Conditions	Described in Annex A and Annex E of the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes.
Eligible Countries	Described in Annex B of the Work Programme General Annexes. Some non-EU/non-Associated Countries have specific funding provisions.
Financial and Operational Capacity	Described in Annex C of the Work Programme General Annexes.
Evaluation and Award Criteria	Excellence: 40% Impact: 40% Implementation: 20%
Legal and Financial Set-up	Described in Annex G of the Work Programme General Annexes. Funding rate of 70% applies to all beneficiaries.
Dissemination Obligations	Beneficiaries must share results on a royalty-free basis with other grants under the same call.
Exploitation Obligations	Beneficiaries must make results available for reuse under fair and non-discriminatory conditions.
Consortium Requirements	Consortia must include at least three airports and either an established ATS airport system manufacturer or evidence of technical capability to build ATS prototypes.
