Personnel, equipment, subcontracting, travel, and dissemination in accordance with Horizon Europe eligible cost rules.

Excellence – Clarity and pertinence of objectives, soundness of concept, credibility of proposed methodology.

Impact – Credibility of pathways to achieve expected outcomes, potential for scaling and exploitation, contribution to digitalisation and sustainability goals, and the operationalisation of the SSbD framework.

Quality and efficiency of implementation – Quality of the work plan, allocation of tasks, budget adequacy, and risk management.

Entities controlled directly or indirectly by China or by a legal entity established in China.

Organizations or activities not permitted under Horizon Europe eligibility criteria as defined in the General Annexes.

Reporting and monitoring requirements follow the Model Grant Agreement and Annexes of Horizon Europe, including submission of technical and financial reports according to agreed timelines.
