Adult Education: Motivation in Motion: Empowering Adults to Up- and Reskilling

European policy experimentations are transnational cooperation projects focused on developing, implementing, and testing innovative activities to address policy priorities. This topic pilots approaches to stimulate adults to engage in learning activities in their trusted environments, helping them overcome barriers such as time constraints or care duties. It encourages flexible learning offers and cooperation between organisations such as libraries, community, cultural, sport, health, and social inclusion centres, as well as workplaces and public employment services, with a strong emphasis on partnership approaches.
