Adult Education: Support to the Regional Skills Partnerships in the Pact for Skills

This grant supports existing regional partnerships (at the level of one region within a country or involving more than one region, within one or more countries) in the Pact for Skills. The aim is to develop and implement concrete activities and commitments to train people of working age. Projects should involve transnational cooperation, and focus on developing, implementing, and testing policy actions that support evidence-based policy at the European level through mutual learning and methodological innovation.

Grant application conditions

Admissibility Conditions	Proposal layout and structure must comply with specifications in the call document. Page limit for Part B (Technical Description) is 40 pages, including list of relevant previous projects. Layout must follow instructions from Part B of the Application Form.
Eligible Countries	Eligibility described in the call document; participation open to EU Member States and other eligible countries as specified.
Legal Entity	Applicants must be legal entities established in eligible countries. Validation and financial capacity requirements apply as per EU Financial Regulation.
Operational and Financial Capacity	Applicants must have sufficient operational and financial capacity as described in the call document and EU rules.
Type of Partnership	Applicants must be existing regional partnerships (covering one or more regions; can include partners from more than one country) participating in the Pact for Skills.
Submission Deadline	Applications must be submitted by 8 April 2026, 17:00 Brussels time.
