Attracting management talent for capacity building for Technology Infrastructures staff members (CSA)
This funding opportunity aims to attract management talent to Technology Infrastructures in EU member states, addressing skills gaps and enhancing the capacity of staff to provide sector-agnostic, high-quality services to industry. The scheme seeks to develop and provide training for Technology Infrastructures’ staff, promote knowledge exchange and peer learning, improve collaboration and governance, foster entrepreneurial skills and professionalization, and strengthen technology infrastructures as centers of the deep-tech innovation ecosystem.
