Impact: Contribution to expected impacts as set out in the call, strengthening of competitiveness of the EU’s health industry, effectiveness of the measures to foster, exploit, and disseminate project results (including open science and data management).

Quality and efficiency of implementation: Quality and effectiveness of the work plan, allocation of tasks, quality of the consortium (including complementarities), adequacy of resources, and risk management.

Reporting requirements are defined in the Horizon Europe Model Grant Agreement (MGA). Typically, this includes interim and final technical and financial reports, tracking progress against milestones, deliverables, and KPIs as defined in the Grant Agreement.

Submission is single-stage via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal using the standard Part A (administrative) and Part B (technical) proposal templates.

All required annexes must be uploaded as separate documents as per the call requirements.
