Building capacity to deploy the EEHRxF and digital health services and systems to support the rights of citizens and reuse of health data under EHDS

Deployment, upgrading, and operation of digital health services and systems that support citizen rights under the EHDS.

Creation and maintenance of dataset descriptions, data quality and utility labels for secondary use of health data.

Capacity building activities, such as training for staff or reengineering processes.

Development and integration of toolboxes for data holders.

Training frameworks and sessions for service providers.

Organizational and technical arrangements to enable electronic health data sharing and secondary use.

Award criteria, scoring and thresholds are described in detail in section 9 of the call document.

Proposals will be evaluated based on their relevance to the objectives of the EHDS, capacity to build communities and deploy digital health services, quality of the implementation plan, impact, and sustainability.

Business exclusions are as defined in the Digital Europe Programme eligibility and call documents; additional exclusions may be specified in the specific call document.

Cascaded grant beneficiaries must report on the implementation of their funded activities according to timelines and requirements set by the managing consortium.

Consortium reports to the European Commission must ensure tracking of deliverables, financial implementation, and overall progress as described in the grant agreement.

Proposals must be submitted through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal within the stated application period.

Applicants must use the Application Form template (DEP), following all instructions in the Online Manual and the call document.
