Capacity Building in the field of Youth in Neighborhood East

Capacity-building in the field of youth projects aim to improve the capacities of youth organisations in eligible third countries not associated to the Programme in Region 2 (Eastern Partnership). The action supports the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027, the European Youth Work Agenda, and the Youth Action Plan in EU external action (2022-2027). It aims to raise the capacities of organisations working with young people, promote non-formal learning activities, foster participation of young people with fewer opportunities, support the development and recognition of youth work, launch schemes for non-formal learning mobility, and enhance cooperation between EU and non-EU youth organisations. The action also encourages development of new tools and innovative practices, transnational learning, social inclusion, digital outreach, and alignment with the European Youth Goals.
