Impact: Extent the project will contribute to expected outcomes and impacts in the work programme; quality of measures to exploit and disseminate results, and manage intellectual property.

Quality and efficiency of implementation: Coherence and effectiveness of the work plan, consortium composition, allocation of tasks, and resources.

Entities that do not meet the Horizon Europe eligibility criteria.

Activities contrary to EU values or which may cause ethically unacceptable harm.

Organizations or consortia lacking operational or financial capacity.

Non-compliance with specific exclusions in Horizon Europe General Annexes.

Entities from non-eligible countries (Annex B).

Projects must comply with Horizon Europe reporting requirements, which include periodic technical and financial reports, and a final report detailing project results and impact.

Detailed data requirements apply according to FAIR data practices and, where relevant, sharing data with the Common Data Platform for Chemicals.

Single-stage application via the Funding & Tenders Portal. Submission must follow the specific topic call guidelines.
