Excellence - Quality and pertinence of the project objectives and methodology.

Impact - Contribution to the objectives of Clean Aviation Phase 2 and potential societal and environmental benefits.

Implementation - Quality and efficiency of the project management and consortium composition.

Organizations or projects not aligned with the objectives of Clean Aviation Phase 2.

Entities without sufficient financial or operational capacity as described in Annex C of the Work Programme General Annexes.

Interim progress reports and final reports are required as per the grant agreement.
