Grant application conditions

Proposal Page Limit	70 pages for Innovation Actions.
Eligible Countries	EU Member States and Associated Countries as described in Annex B of the Horizon Europe Work Programme.
Consortium Membership	At least one partner must be a member of Hydrogen Europe or Hydrogen Europe Research.
Maximum Contribution	EUR 5.00 million for this topic.
Technology Readiness Level (TRL)	Projects must start at TRL 5 and achieve TRL 7 by the end of the project.
Demonstration Duration	At least 3000 hours of cumulative operation covering two different seasons.
Renewable Energy Community	Must align with Article 2(16) of the Recast Renewable Energy Directive 2018/2001.
Subcontracting	Subcontracted work must be performed in target countries set out in the call conditions.
