Grant application conditions

Proposal Page Limit
  • 70 pages for Innovation Actions.
Eligible Countries
  • EU Member States and Associated Countries as described in Annex B of the Horizon Europe Work Programme.
Consortium Membership
  • At least one partner must be a member of Hydrogen Europe or Hydrogen Europe Research.
Maximum Contribution
  • EUR 5.00 million for this topic.
Technology Readiness Level (TRL)
  • Projects must start at TRL 5 and achieve TRL 7 by the end of the project.
Demonstration Duration
  • At least 3000 hours of cumulative operation covering two different seasons.
Renewable Energy Community
  • Must align with Article 2(16) of the Recast Renewable Energy Directive 2018/2001.
Subcontracting
  • Subcontracted work must be performed in target countries set out in the call conditions.
