Enhancing industry-academia knowledge exchange in Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) (CSA)

This grant aims to leverage the strengths of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts (SSH) to address specific needs of companies by fostering dynamic and productive industry-academia co-creation for knowledge valorisation. Activities include SSH–industry co-creation, such as hackathons, mentorship, and exchange programmes, to tackle industry challenges and SMEs' needs, address socio-technical implications of innovation, broaden strategic perspectives, integrate social and cultural inequality considerations, and contribute to organisational development, sustainability, and profitability. The action seeks to increase innovation capabilities for industry by harnessing SSH, improving collaboration, and creating better strategies for bringing new products and technologies to the market.

Grant application conditions

Admissibility Conditions	Proposal page limits and layout are described in Annex A and Annex E of the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes; use the application template provided in the Submission System.
Eligible Countries	Described in Annex B of the Work Programme General Annexes. Some non-EU/non-Associated Countries may participate if funding is made available for them as stated in the Programme Guide.
Legal and Financial Set-up	Granting authority may object to transfer of ownership or exclusive licensing of results up to 4 years after project end, per Annex 5.
Eligible Costs	Costs are covered as a lump sum as defined by the Horizon Europe Programme rules.
Financial and Operational Capacity	Applicants must meet the financial and operational capacity requirements, as described in Annex C of the Work Programme General Annexes.
Proposal Submission	Proposals must be submitted using the standard application form via the Submission System.
