Non-compliance with relevant EU and national regulations for packaging, chemicals, and environmental safety.

Proposals that do not involve both food and non-food packaging applications.

Proposals lacking end-user or consumer engagement.

Proposals not applying the SSbD framework.

Interim and final project reports following Horizon Europe Model Grant Agreement requirements.

Financial and technical progress reports as required by the European Commission.

Results must be reported according to the Key Impact Pathways and aligned with the expected outcomes of the call.

Submit proposal through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal using standard templates.

Proposals must comply with all Horizon Europe call requirements and use the specified forms.

Evaluation is single-stage and based on the specified criteria in the Work Programme.

Comprehensive project description and methodology.

Detailed budget and work plan.

Risk assessment and management plan.

Consortium agreement (for multi-partner consortia).

Demonstration of compliance with all eligibility and admissibility conditions.
