Time to inform: Measuring time from application to notification of confirmation about lump-sum award

Time to sign: Measuring time from application to signature of the booster grant agreement

Time to pay: Measuring time from reception of the signed booster grant agreement to payment

The CSA project must ensure a pre-financing payment of 70% of the total amount to the booster grant project and a final payment at the end of the grant after approval of a final report.

The CSA project must run an impact survey 6 months after the end of the booster grant to the booster grant recipients and communicate the results to the Agency.

Applications must be submitted via the CSA project's IT system following a positive recommendation from an EIC Programme Manager or project review.

The CSA project will organise the evaluation of the submitted Booster grant proposals by an evaluation committee composed of three evaluators.

Proposals must specify how the management and control of financial support will be organised effectively and efficiently, including the avoidance of any abuse.
