Fostering 2-Dimensional Materials (2DM) based emerging and enabling technologies (CSA)

This grant aims to maximize the impact of EU-funded research and innovation in two-dimensional materials (2DM)-based emerging and enabling technologies, and to strengthen the related R&I community in Europe. Supported projects should provide key support functions fostering a dynamic R&I community, facilitate synergies and collaboration among relevant EU-funded projects including the Graphene Flagship, and support actors involved in roadmapping, innovation, and standardization activities in 2DM technologies. Additional objectives include mapping the European and global R&I and funding landscapes, amplifying communication and dissemination activities in the domain of graphene and other 2DMs, and fostering interactions with relevant initiatives and infrastructures at national, regional, and European levels.

Grant application conditions

Admissibility Conditions	Proposal page limits and layout as described in Annex A and Annex E of the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes.
Eligible Countries	Participants from EU Member States and Associated Countries are eligible; some non-EU/non-Associated Countries may have funding available per Horizon Europe Programme Guide.
Specific Eligible Conditions	Actions are subject to restrictions for the protection of European communication networks. Further details described in Annex B of the Work Programme.
Financial and Operational Capacity	Applicants must demonstrate financial and operational capacity as described in Annex C of the Work Programme General Annexes.

Legal and Financial Set-up	Lump sum grant model applies. Up to 4 years after the end of the action, the granting authority may object to a transfer of ownership or exclusive licensing of results. Beneficiaries intending to transfer ownership or grant an exclusive licence must formally notify the granting authority (DG-CNECT and HaDEA) in advance.
