Framework Partnership Agreements for operating grants to support non-profit organisations

Expenses must be related to operating costs for activities that contribute to the objectives of the LIFE Programme in the areas of environment, climate action, and clean energy transition, as further specified in the call document.

Award criteria, scoring and thresholds are described in section 9 of the call document.

For-profit entities are not eligible. Only non-profit organisations, NGOs, or networks primarily active in environment or climate action are eligible.

Specific reporting requirements, including narrative and financial reports, will be established in the Grant Agreement as described in the call document.

Applicants must submit their proposals via the Funding & Tenders Portal Submission System using the online application form.

Required annexes include: statutes of the organisation, activity report of the previous year, participant information, and a list of executive board members.
