Quality and Efficiency of Implementation: Quality and effectiveness of the work plan, management structures, and risk assessment.

Entities from countries that are not eligible as defined in Annex B of the Horizon Europe Work Programme, unless made explicitly eligible.

Other exclusions and ineligibilities may apply as governed by the Horizon Europe rules or specific terms of the call.

Periodic and final technical and financial reports as outlined in the Model Grant Agreement (MGA).

The granting authority may object to the transfer of project results or exclusive licensing for up to 4 years after project completion.

Proposals must comply with page limits and layout specified in the Application Form Guidelines (Annex A and E of the General Annexes).
