Grant application conditions

Applicant Eligibility	Women-led early-stage deep tech start-up Established in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country Start-up legally registered for at least 6 months before the submission date Start-up is less than 8 years old Raised less than €1M in equity Company is between TRL3 and TRL6 Women hold at least 25% of the company shares Company is not previously funded for the same activities by another EU Programme
Ethical Compliance	Applicants must complete an ethics self-assessment and comply with EU research integrity guidelines.
