Development support for entrepreneurship in South-East Estonia (2021-2027)

Development activities and investments related to a new or significantly improved product or service.

Activities and investments related to increasing production or service volumes.

Investments and staff training related to the automation or digitization of production or service delivery.

Sales and marketing activities as supporting activities for the above-mentioned activities, provided they are not related to export aid.

The project's compliance with the objectives of the support.

The applicant's ability to implement the project.

The project's impact on the development of the South-East Estonia region.

The justification of the project budget and eligibility of costs.

Activities carried out or costs incurred before the application submission.

Costs for the acquisition of current assets and real estate.

Costs for acquiring consumer electronics, office furniture, and equipment, except for equipment necessary for production processes or service delivery.

Costs for acquiring office software supporting business support functions.

Costs for acquiring vehicles.

General business expenses and personnel costs.

Bank guarantees, financial and banking costs, state fees.

Transport costs, except for transport costs related to the purchase of equipment planned in the project.

Consultation costs related to the application, including legal fees.

Costs of transactions between related parties.

Costs for concluding capital lease agreements, interest expenses, insurance costs, and other related costs.

Fines, procedural costs, insurance costs, non-monetary costs, etc.

The recipient of the support submits interim and final reports to the implementing body according to the deadlines and requirements set out in the regulation.

Applications are submitted via the e-support environment from 08.04.2024 until the budget funds are exhausted.

An information seminar will be held on April 9 from 13:00 to 16:00 at the Karupesa Hotel in Otepää; participation is possible both on-site and online.
