Development Centers Support

The purpose of the support is to strengthen regional development centers to support the development of local businesses and organizations and to provide high-quality development services.

Max funding	Up to 500,000 EUR per project.
Budget	4,000,000 EUR
Coverage	50% for acquiring fixed assets, building renovations, consulting services, and training. 25-45% for product development. 50-70% for applied research. If the development activity includes effective cooperation, the support is up to 15% higher.

Grant application conditions

Applicant Type	A company registered in Estonia that is part of an international group and performs a development function.
Geographic Restriction	The support is intended only for development centers operating in Estonia.
Turnover Requirement	The consolidated turnover of the group in the last financial year must be at least 10 million euros.
Focus Areas	Digital solutions in all areas of life. Health technologies and services. Valorization of local resources (food, wood, minerals, secondary raw materials, and waste). Smart and sustainable energy solutions.
