The range of service providers is limited! Services can be provided by, for example, the Estonian standardization organization, central metrology institutions in Estonia and the EU, accredited calibration and testing laboratories, patent attorneys, technology development centers, positively evaluated research and development institutions, competence centers, applied universities, universities and higher education institutions, research and development institutions, legal entities providing engineering services, and legal entities providing services in the fields of natural and technical sciences.

50% - The project's impact on achieving the measure's objectives

30% - Justification, clarity of objectives, and feasibility of the project

20% - Cost-effectiveness of the project

10% - The applicant's capacity to implement the project

The final report must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the end of the project's eligibility period.
