Construction and installation works related to improving the energy efficiency of the building.

Procurement of equipment and materials that contribute to increased energy efficiency.

Costs related to project preparation and management in accordance with § 5 (2) and (3) of the regulation.

Expected energy savings and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from the project.

Feasibility of the project and a realistic timeline.

The applicant's capability to implement the project and previous experience with similar projects.

The grant recipient must submit interim and final reports in accordance with the requirements set out in § 20 of the regulation.

Applications are submitted to the State Shared Service Center in accordance with the procedure set out in § 9 of the regulation.

The processing and evaluation of applications are carried out in accordance with §§ 10–13 of the regulation.

A completed application form with the required supporting documents, including an energy audit of the building and the project budget.
