The purpose of the grant is to support the growth of added value and export capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises by encouraging investments in the development of processes, products, and services.

Grant application conditions

Applicant type
  • Small and medium-sized enterprises registered in the Estonian commercial register
Geographical restriction
  • Estonian territory (excluding Harju County and Tartu City)
Minimum turnover
  • Average sales revenue of at least 200,000 euros over the last two financial years
Minimum number of employees
  • At least 2 full-time employees
Pre-consultation requirement
  • Pre-consultation is mandatory before submitting the application
