  • A company registered in the Estonian Commercial Register operating in the field of transport or logistics
De minimis aid limit
  • De minimis aid (DMA) does not exceed 300,000 euros
Legal compliance
  • The applicant or its legal representative does not have a valid penalty under sections § 209, 209¹, 210, 260¹, 372, 373, 379, or 384 of the Penal Code
Operational status
  • Economic activity has not ceased or been suspended
Tax compliance
  • Tax debt to the state, including interest, does not exceed 100 euros or is deferred
Reporting compliance
  • Tax declarations and annual reports have been submitted
Financial status
  • Not bankrupt or under compulsory liquidation, and no decision has been made to terminate the entity
