Other costs in accordance with the Model Grant Agreement and relevant work programme conditions

Excellence: Quality and pertinence of the project’s research and innovation objectives, credibility of the concept and methodology, and ambition beyond current state-of-the-art.

Impact: Contribution to expected outcomes, impact on at least 5% CO2 emission reduction, plans for dissemination and exploitation, and integration in future product roadmap (TRL6 by 2030, EIS by 2035).

Quality and Efficiency of Implementation: Quality and effectiveness of the work plan, consortium composition and expertise, management structure, and budget allocation.

Activities not compatible with EU ethical standards or those excluded as per Horizon Europe General Annexes.

Applicants or affiliated entities that do not comply with financial and operational capacity requirements.

Areas of research or activities specifically excluded in the Work Programme or Call Topic.

Periodic and final technical and financial reports as per Horizon Europe Model Grant Agreement.

Detailed progress reports per work package and achievement of project milestones.

Demonstration of compliance with TRL targets and emission reduction impacts.

Electronic submission via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
