The IHI European HealthCare Incubator Network aims to create a sustainable, pan-European network of healthcare incubators to support, guide, and fund highly innovative early-stage healthcare companies. The network's goal is to leverage the combined expertise and resources of public and private sector incubators, drawing on cross-sector mentorship, infrastructure access, and milestone-based financial support to enable startups to commercialize novel technologies addressing unmet public health needs. The network will catalyze innovation, improve the competitiveness of the European healthcare industry, and foster growth, scale-up, and investment readiness of early-stage companies. This action synergizes with key EU strategies, including the Industrial Strategy, Pharmaceutical Strategy, EU4Health Programme, and European Innovation Council initiatives, to maximize innovation impact, accelerate market access, and reinforce Europe's position as a global healthcare innovation leader.
