Information and training measures for workers' organisations

This grant aims to strengthen the capacity of workers' organisations in EU Member States and candidate countries to address challenges at EU or transnational level, including changes in employment and working conditions and participation in social dialogue. It welcomes actions preparing negotiations of autonomous social partner agreements, supporting their implementation, and addressing themes such as employment and social challenges, labour market modernisation, digitalisation, just transition to a climate-neutral economy, skills development, and social protection.

Grant application conditions

Admissibility	Applications must be submitted electronically via the Funding & Tenders Portal Electronic Submission System before the call deadline. Paper submissions are not possible. Applications must use the forms provided and be complete (including all annexes and supporting documents in PDF format). At proposal submission, lead applicants confirm their mandate to act for all applicants and the accuracy and completeness of the application. Applicants must confirm compliance with EU funding conditions (eligibility, financial and operational capacity, exclusion, etc.). All beneficiaries and affiliated entities must sign a declaration of honour before the grant agreement. Proposals must be readable, accessible, printable, and not exceed 70 pages.
Eligible Countries	EU Member States and, in accordance with the EEA Agreement, some European Economic Area (EEA) countries.
Eligible Applicants	Workers’ organisations (including trade unions) or social partner organisations active at regional, national, or European level, involved in social dialogue and representing workers.
Legal and Financial Capacity	Applicants must have the necessary financial and operational capacity and may not be subject to exclusion criteria.
