The grant supports the development and testing of elements required for cross-border digital public services, paving the way for seamless digital public administration across the EU. It encourages Member States to collaborate, align needs, and develop interoperability assets, thereby leveraging collective resources and expertise for impactful outcomes not achievable by individual entities. The action underpins the Interoperable Europe Act and Digital Decade objectives, enhancing stakeholder collaboration, scaling up innovative solutions, and ensuring full online access to public services and secure eID solutions by 2030. The MCP further promotes safe AI adoption and data-driven administration by supporting solutions for data exchange and interoperability in line with European values.
