This grant aims to foster the development and validation of integrated synergistic space technologies that support crisis and security practitioners, improve the resiliency and security of the EU, and create new commercial opportunities for innovative businesses serving practitioner organizations. It focuses on leveraging Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus to develop close-to-market applications with commercial potential.

Grant application conditions

Admissibility Conditions	Proposal page limit and layout described in Annex A and Annex E of the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes.
Eligible Countries	Described in Annex B of the Work Programme General Annexes. Includes EU Member States and Associated Countries.
Use of EU Space Programme Data	Projects must use Copernicus and/or Galileo/EGNOS data and services. Other data and services may additionally be used.
Participation of Practitioners	Requires at least two crisis or security practitioner organizations established in at least two different EU Member States or Associated Countries.
Evaluation Criteria	Award criteria, scoring, and thresholds are described in Annex D of the Work Programme General Annexes.
Financial and Operational Capacity	Requirements described in Annex C of the Work Programme General Annexes.
Eligible Costs	Will take the form of a lump sum as defined in the Horizon Europe Programme rules.
