Applicants established outside eligible countries are not allowed.

Entities controlled by non-eligible countries/entities are excluded without duly justified guarantees as described under eligibility.

All additional exclusions as outlined in Horizon Europe General Annexes (e.g., financial and operational capacity, ethics, security).

Interim and final reports are required as per Horizon Europe standard grant agreement procedures.

Progress must demonstrate achievement of milestones, deliverables, and TRL advancement.
