Leadership Development programme for higher education institutions’ leaders

The programme aims to establish a European Leadership Academy, creating a community of higher education leaders for mutual learning, exchanging practices, and co-creating solutions to shared challenges. It seeks to boost leadership expertise and enable transformative change in the European higher education sector through transnational cooperation, academic freedom, and European values. Further goals include developing sustainable academic careers and inspiring leadership models rooted in European values. The programme is designed to develop leadership capabilities to navigate evolving challenges in higher education, such as technological change, new teaching methods, and increasing cross-sectoral cooperation. Approaches are exploratory, experiential, and action-oriented, with a focus on practical engagement, balanced participation, diversity, and dissemination of learning outputs.
