Investment support for the modernization of land improvement systems and the construction of environmental protection facilities

The aim of the support is to ensure the functioning of the land improvement system and improve the environmental condition by supporting the reconstruction of existing land improvement systems and the construction or reconstruction of environmental protection facilities.

Grant application conditions

Type of applicant	A legal entity owning or managing a land improvement system, including a land improvement association, local government unit, or state institution
Location restriction	Support can be applied for objects located in Estonia
Other restrictions	The applicant must not have outstanding tax debts; previously received support must not be for the same purpose
De minimis aid	If the support qualifies as de minimis aid, it must remain below 200,000 euros over three fiscal years
