A Career Development Plan must be jointly established by the supervisor and each recruited researcher upon recruitment. This plan includes research objectives, training needs, and career goals.

The plan should be revised within 18 months of recruitment.

Proposals must be submitted through the Horizon Europe submission system.

The selection procedure for candidates must be open, transparent, and merit-based.

Proposals for new or existing doctoral or postdoctoral programmes.

Plans for international, inter-sectoral, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Commitment to the EU Principles on Innovative Doctoral Training.
