Impact – Contribution to staff skills, career development and employability, transfer of knowledge, strengthening R&I capacity, and broader societal and economic impacts.

Quality and Efficiency of the Implementation – Quality of the work plan, management structure and procedures, and allocation of tasks.

Proposals not meeting Horizon Europe admissibility, eligibility, and legal requirements

Applicants failing financial or operational capacity assessments

Reporting requirements and templates are detailed in the Model Grant Agreement (MGA) and must be followed by all beneficiaries.

Projects must provide periodic reports and a final report, including financial and technical deliverables, in accordance with Horizon Europe rules.

Additional specific reporting obligations may be outlined in the Grant Agreement.

Applicants must submit proposals electronically via the Funding & Tenders Portal Submission System.
