MSCA Staff Exchanges support international, inter-sectoral, and interdisciplinary mobility of research and innovation (R&I) staff to facilitate knowledge transfer between academic and non-academic organisations worldwide. The grant encourages partnerships that second or host eligible staff members to implement a joint R&I project, aiming to strengthen international collaboration, broaden networks, and enhance skill development. Projects should pursue innovative cooperation, synergise complementary competencies, and promote skills acquisition and professional growth for participating staff. Secondments are physical (virtual mobility not allowed) and must take place between independent legal entities. Networking activities, workshops, and conferences are supported for further impact.
