Proposals must include at least three calls for selecting arts and creative sector projects.

Selection processes must adhere to transparency, fairness, and objectivity.

Proposals must build synergies with the Creative Europe programme and other New European Bauhaus projects.

Proposals must include commitments to Climate Pact Pledge and Make Europe Blue Campaign.
