Teaching materials and courses with open resources should be developed and made accessible to academic institutions across the EU.

Proposals must actively engage with the Platform Coordination Team of the Chips Act’s Design Platform to integrate their tools into the platform’s design flows.

Collaboration among the three selected consortia in their technical work is required.

Proposals must determine a baseline for the quality of results achievable with current open-source tools.

Joint communication and dissemination efforts among consortia are encouraged.
