Key data on applications, start-ups funded, and demographics of end-beneficiaries must be reported to the European Commission services.

The consortium must run calls for proposals, organise the evaluation process, and administer grants.

Proposals should include a sound promotion and communication strategy, clearly branding the scheme as an EU initiative.

Applicants must ensure that supported start-ups meet the eligibility criteria, including being women-led and established in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country for at least six months.
