Activities related to cross-border touring and digital distribution of performing arts works.

Project management, training, mentorship, capacity building, platform development, communication, dissemination, analysis, and reporting.

Contribution to EU priorities in greening, digital transitions, inclusion, gender equality, international dimension, and support for Ukrainian artists.

Innovativeness and sustainability of proposed models for touring and digital distribution.

Quality of consortium, sector, and geographical coverage.

Quality of support programme for grant recipients (training, mentorship, capacity building).

Ability to effectively manage open calls and provide financial support to third parties.

Robustness of data collection, analysis, reporting, and dissemination strategies.

No explicit sectoral exclusions beyond eligibility for the performing arts sector and participation of Creative Europe Programme countries. Eligible applicants must demonstrate sectorial, sub-sectorial, and geographical representativity in performing arts.

The selected project must publish analysis reports, including: working conditions and fair remuneration, sustainability, inclusion, skills, youth, and more.

Communication and dissemination materials must credit artists and cultural professionals in all formats.

One-stage application: applicants must submit proposals before 15 January 2026 at 17:00 CET through the online portal.
