Fostering generational renewal in agriculture via EU advisory network

Personnel costs, participant support, development of training materials and courses, organization of cross-border visits and internships, dissemination and awareness-raising activities, support for innovative business models, collaboration with authorities and AKIS systems. All costs subject to Horizon Europe lump sum grant rules.

Proposals will be evaluated on excellence, impact, and quality of implementation, following criteria and thresholds outlined in Annex D and F of the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes.

Proposals not applying the required multi-actor approach, lacking sufficient impartial advisor involvement (minimum 50%), or not meeting eligibility criteria of the Horizon Europe Programme will be excluded. Proposals with advisors not meeting impartiality, qualification, or conflict-of-interest standards are also excluded.

Beneficiaries are required to submit standard Horizon Europe reports detailing progress, outputs, achievement of objectives, financial reporting, and continued engagement with stakeholders.

A plan must be included and reported regarding the financial sustainability and maintenance of the EU advisory network beyond the duration of the project.

Applications must be submitted electronically via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal using the standard application form (HE CSA).

The process consists of a single-stage submission. The evaluation follows the procedures described in the Horizon Europe Online Manual and relevant annexes.
