This grant aims to enhance the robustness, security, and privacy of AI models and systems. It focuses on developing innovative defence mechanisms for AI against adversarial attacks, improving detection and mitigation techniques for attacks such as data poisoning, backdoor exploitation, and misclassification, and creating privacy-enhancing technologies to ensure data confidentiality and regulatory compliance for trusted in-house AI deployments in government and enterprise settings.

Grant application conditions

Admissibility	Proposals must follow the page limit and layout described in the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes and the Application Form.
Eligible Countries	Applicants must be from EU Member States or Associated Countries; entities from non-eligible countries may only participate if they have specific provisions.
Legal Entity	Applicants must be legal entities established in Member States or Associated Countries.
Ownership Restrictions	Entities directly or indirectly controlled by a non-eligible country or non-eligible country entity may not participate.
