Regulatory compliance and standards

Consolidation of IP rights

Excellence (quality of the project idea, clarity of objectives, credibility of the pathway to commercialization).

Impact (potential to valorise results and create economic or societal benefits; involvement of startups and SMEs in valorisation).

Quality and efficiency of the implementation (project plan, capacity of the consortium, quality of the management structure and procedures).

Interim and final reporting as specified in the Model Grant Agreement (MGA). The granting authority may, up to 4 years after project end, object to a transfer of ownership or exclusive licensing of results.

Single-stage submission via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal using the standard application form for Innovation Actions (IA). Applications must comply with page limits and layout requirements specified in the Submission System.

Proposals must specify the grant number and acronym of the originating project.

Completed application form (Part B) including description of valorisation activities, pathway to market, and consortium details.

Evidence of ownership or right of access to the relevant knowledge assets / IPR.

Commitment letters from owners (if applicant is not the owner).
