Implementation - Quality and efficiency of the implementation, including the quality of the work plan and allocation of tasks.

Proposals requesting contributions above EUR 3.50 million will not be evaluated.

Subcontracting outside EU Member States or Associated Countries is not allowed.

Interim reports: Regular updates on progress, including recycling rates and quality assessments.

Final report: Comprehensive analysis of results, including life cycle assessment and techno-economic analysis.
