Counter-drone systems

This grant supports the common procurement of integrated counter-drone systems or their parts, including sensors, effectors, and command and control solutions, to counter unmanned aerial, ground, surface, or underwater vehicles. The activities aim to strengthen cooperation and interoperability among EU Member States and associated countries, replenish and increase stockpiles of counter-drone systems, and establish defence industrial readiness pools. Procurement contracts are expected to provide for rapid system upgrades and must have a minimum value of EUR 20,000,000.

Minimum procurement value	At least EUR 20,000,000 for eligible procurement actions.
Cooperation framework	Cooperation among legal entities must be newly created for the call or based on an existing framework not started before 5 March 2024 and not completed before grant agreement signature.
Action completion deadline	Actions must be completed no later than 31 December 2033.
Procurement agreement	Procurement must be based on a binding agreement signed by the participating Member States and associated countries with a procurement agent appointed (can be a contracting authority, EDA, SEAP, OCCAR, NSPA or other international organisation).
