Small-scale Partnerships are designed to widen access to the Erasmus+ programme for small-scale actors and individuals who are hard to reach in the fields of school education, adult education, vocational education and training, youth, and sport. Featuring lower grant amounts, shorter duration, and simpler administrative requirements compared to Cooperation Partnerships, the action aims to support grassroots organisations, less experienced actors, and newcomers, thus reducing barriers to entry for those with smaller organisational capacity. Flexible formats allow both transnational and national activities, while maintaining a European dimension. These partnerships foster synergies between local, regional, national, and international policies and support the creation and development of transnational networks. Objectives: - Attract and widen access for newcomers, less experienced organisations, and small-scale actors. - Serve as a first step for organisations towards cooperation on a European level. - Include target groups with fewer opportunities. - Support active European citizenship and bring the European dimension to the local level.
