Social innovation practices to combat homelessness

This grant aims to pilot and evaluate innovative projects and policy measures addressing homelessness and housing exclusion. It focuses on testing integrated approaches to homelessness, including prevention, access to housing, housing-led approaches, and enabling services. The objective is to build capacity, promote social experimentation, and strengthen cooperation between stakeholders to combat homelessness in line with the European Social Pillar Principle 19 and the Lisbon Declaration on the European Platform on Combatting Homelessness.
