Grant application conditions

Applicant Type	Competent organisations designated by EU Member States according to Article 36 of Regulation (EC) 178/2002 and Commission Regulation (EC) 2230/2004.
Legal Registration	Applicants must be listed as competent organisations by the EFSA Management Board.
Financial and Operational Capacity	Applicants must demonstrate sufficient financial and operational capacity as described in the call for proposal document.
