Support to the International HPC Summer School

The grant aims to support the organisation and implementation of the International HPC Summer School (IHPCSS), providing financial support for the participation of up to 40 early-career researchers annually from EuroHPC Participating States. It seeks to deliver high-quality, multidisciplinary training in high-performance computing and quantum technologies, foster international collaboration, and promote diversity and inclusion.

Grant application conditions

Admissibility Conditions	Proposal page limits and layout described in Annex A and Annex E of the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes.

Financial and Operational Capacity	Described in Annex C of the Work Programme General Annexes.

Legal and Financial Set-Up	Grants will have to submit deliverables such as a communication plan and dissemination plan. Financial support to third parties is capped at EUR 5,000 per third party.
Call for Proposals	Calls must remain open for at least two months and comply with principles of proportionality, sound financial management, equal treatment, and non-discrimination.
