Upskilling and reskilling

This preparatory action supports destination management organisations (DMOs), SMEs, and other tourism stakeholders in upskilling and reskilling, with expected impact on their ability to manage and use data, and strengthen networks and synergies. It aims to facilitate full participation of these stakeholders in the tourism data space and Tourism Knowledge Hub by providing access tools and fostering connections. The project also contributes to the Pact for Skills for the Tourism Ecosystem.
